Apple will block apps that are trying to trick users with the subscription and pricing system it offers.

We have all come across applications trying to trick us with small writings that we can’t read, which ask for more subscription fees than we expected. Apple wants to put an end to this scam. The company has renewed the APP Store Guide. The most remarkable item in this revision is that the pricing is quite clear.

Application developers have to explain to users how to manage or cancel their applications and how the free version works. In addition, developers will not be able to hide the fees to be applied in the following months. The conditions will be in the same place as the application screen and cannot be hidden to the bottom.

It is not certain whether these developments would turn into strict sanctions on the subscription rules. However, as companies move towards the subscription system, this system will have a more important role in revenue. It will provide users a more honest, consistent experience.
